CUSTOM HEADWEAR 101:

CAD’s:
We offer CAD’s as a starting point on your order to ensure you
are getting the look you want from the very start. These are
great tools to use with a client to help show how those “extras”
will improve the look of the items they want to order.

ARTWORK:
We ask that artwork be provided in high resolution of at least
300 dpi. Your artwork may be submitted in Vector, AI, PDF or
hi-res JPG. Artwork needing to be created may incur extra time
and costs. Please contact us for a price quote.

SAMPLES:
We offer free samples for any Overseas Custom order of 288+
units. We offer free JPG proofs for all orders less than 288 units.
If you still require a sample for an order less than 288 units then
there is a sample charge of $50.

PRODUCTION:
Construction time for an Overseas Custom Headwear order
starts the day the sample is approved. Typical production times
run 30-35 days to complete the order depending on time of
year and order quantity.

SHIPPING:
Most orders will ship via Boat freight from the factory so your
pricing is considered FOB Seattle. Boat freight is approximately
3½ weeks to get to the States. Air freight is an option for an ad-
ditional charge. Please contact us for an air freight quote.
