Our Overseas Custom Headwear Program is your resource for a truly exceptional product. Decorative embroidery, woven patches and custom appliqués can turn an ordinary cap into something truly extraordinary!

We offer our Overseas Custom Headwear Program for as few as 144 units. Price breaks just double from there…288, 576, 1152 etc. Let our Design Team help you customize your project for a one of a kind look. We offer CAD’s and art time at the best rates in the business that will help you visualize your product before the first logo is sewn. Learn how you can add extra elements to a cap that will help increase margins and truly impress your clients. Our CAD’s are a great selling tool that you can use to excite your customers interest and make the transition from concept to order simple.

Custom Headwear 101

CAD’s

We offer CAD’s as a starting point on your order to ensure you are getting the look you want from the very start. These are great tools to use with a client to help show how those “extras” will improve the look of the items they want to order.

Artwork:

We ask that artwork be provided in high resolution of at least 300dpi. Your artwork may be submitted in Vector, AI, PDF or hi-res JPG. Artwork needing to be created may incur extra time and costs. Please contact us for a price quote.

Samples:

We offer free samples for any Overseas Custom order of 288+ units. We offer free JPG proofs for all orders less than 288 units. If you still require a sample for an order less than 288 units then there is a sample charge of $50.

Production:

Construction time for an Overseas Custom Headwear order starts the day the sample is approved. Production time typically runs 35-60 days after approval depending on time of year and the order quantity.

Shipping:

Most orders will ship via Boat freight from the factory so your pricing is considered FOB Seattle. Boat freight is approximately 4-5 weeks to get to the States. Air freight is an option for an addition charge. Please contact us for an air freight quote.

Domestic Custom Headwear Program

With locations on the East and West coast we are available to assist your headwear needs and offer convenient transit times. Minimums start at 72 pcs with price breaks at 144, 288, 576 and 1008 pcs.

Digitizing and emailed jpeg proofs typically take about 48-72 hours from receipt of your purchase order. Production typically runs 7-14 days after approval depending on time of year and order quantity.

We offer Flat Embroidery, 3D Embroidery, Heat Transfer Patches, Embroidered Patches and Direct Heat Transfers domestically. Please contact us for additional information.

Need to customize your order further? We can also do custom sewn in private labels and UPC hang tags for order over 288+ pcs. Please allow additional time for these options.
